You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to use online services where you live.

By using Void, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you’re legally allowed to use the service.

You’re also responsible for your own activity while using Void.

Void exists to help people connect with ease. It should be a place where conversations feel easy — not somewhere people have to worry about harassment or abuse.

Please don’t use Void to:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other people.
• Spam or send unwanted messages.
• Pretend to be someone else in a misleading or harmful way.
• Share malware or interfere with the security of the service.
• Attempt to access rooms or information you aren’t authorized to access.
• Break any laws while using the service.

If someone repeatedly misuses Void or breaks these Terms, we may restrict or suspend access to help protect the service and its users.

Temporary rooms are a core part of how Void works.

When a room reaches its expiration time, it becomes read-only for a short period before being permanently deleted from the service. Once a room has been deleted, it generally can’t be recovered.

Please don’t rely on Void to permanently store conversations or important information. If there’s something you want to keep, save it before the room expires.

The messages, photos, links, and other content you share belong to you.

By using Void, you give us permission to process, store, and display your content only as needed to operate the service. This includes things like delivering messages, syncing rooms between participants, and deleting content when rooms expire.

Please only share content that you have the right to share.

Void is an evolving product.

That means we may add features, remove features, fix bugs, or change how parts of the service work over time.

While we work hard to keep Void available, we can’t promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Void is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the extent permitted by law, we don’t make guarantees that the service will always be available, secure, or free from errors.

To the extent permitted by law, Void and its operator won’t be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that can’t legally be limited under applicable law.

As Void grows, the service will continue to evolve.

We may update, modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. If we make significant changes that affect how Void works, we’ll do our best to communicate them clearly.

We may update these Terms from time to time as Void evolves or as legal requirements change.

When we do, we’ll update the Last updated date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we’ll also explain what’s changed.

Your continued use of Void after updated Terms take effect means you agree to the revised Terms.
